Could it be that you renamed those APs or so?
I would remove them from the floorplan and re-add in to see if that solves it. If not, best to open a TAC case.

All APs are showing online int he device view, but when you click on the Floor Plan there are 3 APs offline.

APs that are offline are either switched off, in a reboot, or can't connect to Aruba Central.
It may also be that there is no subscription applied in Central for those APs.

When we look at the number of devices online under sites > devices we have 20, however, when we look at overview and floorplan it is showing 18/2.
Why is the floor plan showing we have 2 APs offline?
