  • 1.  Aruba central - SSIDs have disappeared from Group

    Posted Nov 21, 2023 12:51 PM

    Good evening

So, I created our own tenancy within Aruba Central, uploaded the subscription keys, added the devices (WAPs and switches) and then applied an Advanced licence to each device. So far, I have successfully onboarded 4 virtual controller clusters to within Aruba Central.

Today, I noticed that all the SSIDs have disappeared from one particular group. If I SSH locally to the virtual controller, the config is still there, so the SSIDs and all the other configuration items are there, but I can no longer edit the SSIDs on Central cos they are not visible.

If I unlicence the controller from Central, I then regain the ability to manage the cluster locally; if I licence it again, SSIDs are still not appearing in Central.

Everything looks good on the other groups that I have created within Aruba Central, in terms of visibilty within Central

Is this some kind of licencing issue?

    Thanks

    Nigel Hird
