Aruba Central Wireless - bundle licence - moving bits do another Central account

    Hi,

    MY problem is related to the large licenses, where thousands of devices istick to only single license, for example:

    I have a single bundle license for 3500 Aruba devices including IAP access points, cloud managed switches. By the time beeing I connect customers to my managed service using refered license.

    In two years time, some customers may leave me for some reasons but the license will be still valid for next few years

    What to do with this customer if he will move to different vendor and would like to take the his bits with him including the license. If he can take the license also or he will need to buy another license with new vendor or I can/nee refund him for the remaining period ?

    If Aruba Central bundle license allows to extract devices and move it to different Central Account. Do I need a new license for this or there is a way to take the license out from existing vendor and refund

    Is it possible to

    The general policy is that, when a partner is working as Managed Service Provider, the subscriptions belong to the MSP. And the MSP decides how to allocate them across its customers. If at any point in time any customer decides to cease the service with the MSP, the subscriptions that were being used by that customer become available again to be used by any other tenant of the MSP account.
