The best resource for such questions would be the AOS-S and AOS-CX Transceiver Guide.
But: "The J9142B/J9143B were End of Sale in April 2016 and are no longer available. Older J9142B/J9143B
transceivers may work in switches using the "allow-unsupported-transceiver" feature. Consult your Aruba
Sales team for alternative solutions. The information presented here is for compatibility use."
And a note for the 8320 specific: "1G BX transceivers are not officially supported."
So, best to work with your Aruba partner or local Aruba Sales team.

Subject: Aruba equivalent to Cisco GLC-BX-D transceiver
Hi
Apologies if this is in the wrong place. I am doing a solution for a customer that has CX8320 switches. It's an alternative to a Cisco solution that he is considering. The Cisco build has GLC-BX-D transceivers and I have not come across these before. What would be the Aruba equivalent please?
