    Dear Team, 

    i have installed fresh installation aruba airwave 8.2.11.2, but iap doesn't discoverd. i have follow through guide just enter ip address of airwave in my master iap console with shared KEY. 

    see the below log of airwave.



    Instant AP with IP 192.168.100.15 (AP Info: CNHQK9T1FB, 7c:57:3c:cd:4a:00, AP-303)PSK based authentication: swarm is not approved in Airwave. System System

    How have you configured the IAP to find AirWave, via the VC or the ZTP options? Is the shared key correct both in the IAP VC and AirWave?

    Can you confirm AirWave has created a role for the IAP along with the Folder and Organisation? Once this is done you should see it in the New Devices.

    If the Service is not started, have you attempted to restart AMP Services?

    I've also attached the (slightly old...) IAP and AirWave integration guide.
