Aruba Instant WebUI inaccessible in OS X

    We're in the middle of a large school-district-wide Instant deployment. We are having great difficulty accessing the WebUI in OS X.

     

    Specifically Chrome and Safari. Firefox sometimes works. We don't seem to be having this issue with Internet Explorer. 

     

    Is anyone else experiencing this? There are lots of Macs here and more to come and this is an issue we need to get resolved.

    Do you mean the captive portal of the Instant rather than the WEBUI ?

     

    I assume yes, as you mention 'more devices to come' implying end-user devices that would not normally access the WEBUI and instead would be hitting the captive portal.

     

    Pls confirm.
