Hello,
Please check if stacking traps are enabled on the switch with the following command.
Aruba-Stack-3810M# show snmp-server traps
If the current status is disabled you can enable it with the following command.
Aruba-Stack-3810M# configure
Aruba-Stack-3810M(config)# snmp-server enable traps stacking
If the status is enabled but you don't see any trap receivers you have to configure a trap receiver using the "snmp-server host" command explained in the following link.

I have requirement to monitor Aruba JL074A 3810M-Stack health which include when a commander ,standby or member goes offline /failed it would be assumed the stack member is missing.
I need your help to configure the SNMP trap in switch so that it will generate a alert in the monitoring tool
