The RJ45 interface should work when using a RS232 console cable (is not a ethernet interface).

For connecting with the micro usb you need a cable like the JY728A AP-CBL-SERU Micro-USB where the UART chip is inside the connector. Just connect it with 9600baud 8bit and it should work.

The serial console has a smart speed/settings detection and that needs you to press enter a few times to 'wake up' the console.

Can you try pressing Enter 4 times to see if the console banners then appear?

(press Enter 4 times to enable the console).....
    Connected at 9600 baud

    Hi,

For serial access you need this cable:

    • JL448A Aruba X2C2 RJ45 to DB9 Console Cable

Default all switchports are in VLAN1 what has DHCP enabled. Connect your switch to the network check the DHCP lease in your DHCP server and try to login webbased with https://ipadres.

    Or with telnet without password.
