Thanks, Herman.
Finally figured out the issue. The firmware on the door lock was outdated, the Assa Abloy guy updated the firmware, and the locks were instantly discovered.

Do you have the IoT Configuration Guide for Assa Abloy - Zigbee? I think it is only available through Assa Abloy and Aruba. Your local Aruba SE can grab it from Arubapedia for you.

Thanks Herman.
The controller and the assa abloy visionline server have established a handshake. What we're struggling with is our APs are not discovering the door locks (Zigbee clients).

I see the server URL https://172.27.1.13/ in your configuration. Make sure that you have a trusted server certificate on that server 172.27.1.13, and the AP/controller has the root CA for that certificate trusted. Also, make sure that the IP is listed in the certificate, which is quite uncommon. Normally you would use the fqdn in the server URL. If the AP/controller cannot trust the server, the connection will not come up. You may try http:// (unsecure) if that works better.

Hi,
Have you set "permit-joining on" in the zigbee service-profile?
This should allow your locks to join the zigbee network. There is also a CLI command to enable the network join to be enabled temporarily, although I don't remember it off hand.
Regards,
Steven

Subject: Assa Abloy ZigBee Network, IoT
Greetings,
We're fairly new to the Aruba world. Our organization recently acquired Aruba 515 APs with Aruba 7205 controller for management. The IoT feature was the main reason we opted for Aruba as we needed a ZigBee network to manage our Assa Abloy locks. With a bit of reading, and trial and error, we managed to set up the controller and the APs. But now we have tried and failed to set up a ZigBee network. We have followed the few available guides online but no success so far. We have setup the ZigBee transport profile, ZigBee Service and ZigBee Radio. But the Assa Abloy locks are not sensing the ZigBee network.
1. Is there anyone here who has experience setting up a ZigBee network over an Aruba AP for Assa Abloy lock or something similar? Would you be kind enough to point us in the right direction?
2. Is Mobility conductor required to enable the IoT (ZigBee, BLE) features of the APs?
I will appreciate any help, or pointers.
Thanks
