Hi.

Is there any way to autamatically recover alarms in iMC? If a switch reboots, it sets a Coldstart-alarm in iMC, I want that this type of alarm will recover automatically after, say, an hour. Is this possible to achive?

Hello,

automatic recovering of alarms is not possible in iMC, but you can filter specific alarms for certain (or all) devices under iMC management. Open the alarm then click on "Filter the Alarm" (right-hand side), then you can specify the filtering rules, including the affected devices. This way you will not get traps and alarms for that event.

Thanks for your reply. Yes we are filtering some rules, but we want to get the Coldstart-alarm so that we are notified that a switch har rebooted, and we would like it to recover automatically after some time, i.e 24 hours or so, so we dont have to do it manually.
