I riddled out my own problem. You have to use the serial number of the conductor for the stack that your individual switch is a member of. That makes for some recursive look ups before I can send the poe bounce call but at least it works.

Subject: Bounce PoE via Aruba Central API
I searched the client list via the API using the mac address of the client. I got back the typical output. I used that output to populate the poe bounce API call and ended up with an error. Can anyone guide me towards the right way to do this on a stack rather than an individual switch?
