I have 30 access points that are IAP-205's.  They all work great.  It is possible to start adding newer AP's such as a 635 into the same setup?  If so what are the requirements?

Both are supported only in 8.10.

Is it the case that the 205's cannot be upgraded to 8.10?

Sorry, was looking at the wrong list.  AP-200 is parked in 6.5 for IAP, AP-635 is going to require 8.10 at this point.  So no, you can't add anything current to the old Instant cluster.

    That's correct.

    • IAP-103, IAP-204, IAP-205, and IAP-205H IAPs are no longer supported from Aruba Instant 8.3.0.0 onwards.

For the 635 we need 8.9 and above.
