    Hi team 

    I have one problem when try to download Aruba AOS Switch Simulator :

    I can see the download button on web page but when i click on it the system show me error below
    "Unable to download file. your request for software download has been recevied. We will repsond within 2 business days".

    error

    any suggestions ?

    I had the same issue when I tried to download the new OVA 10.07.0010. I tried for a couple days, then I logged in with the email I use with my Aruba Partner account, and not my personal one that is just a member of the AirHead community, and that one worked. So I wonder if it is a matter of an entitlement or access or something.

    For ASP download, the email account has to be any corporate email address. Private email address like '@gmail.com' won't work.​
