I would connect to each node in the cluster and check if group is present there. As per your error, it looks it is not present on one node. Also check on MM where it is present. Check also for errors in configuration propagation.
You can check where the group is configured with
# show configuration effective detail | include ap-group
and committed config with
# show configuration committed | include ap-group
Then you can try to go into recovery mode and delete the group on the controller level locally.

Maybe it is because of the space in the name. Try to delete the group via CLI, put the name in quotes.
