need some help, on one of the setup one core and two access switch i can ping each switch ip but not pc ip.  enclose the config.  any help! thanks

assuming your clients are normal PCs or laptops and not servers and you are having problems with vlan 5, you should have the switch ports with clients as untagged.
As these devices typically don't support and tag their traffic. With your current setup they most likely send the traffic without any vlan tags and it gets placed into vlan 1:

vlan 1
   name "DEFAULT_VLAN"
   untagged 1-48,A1-A2,A4,Trk1

vlan 5
   name "Clients"
   tagged 1,Trk1

So changing port 1 as untagged in vlan 5 should fix this issue.
