Update: I've found the solution to the problem. Just need to find the right form and add the auto_send_smtp field.
A query: is it possible to have the imported accounts to be sent emails automatically after it is imported without having to select those X numbers of accounts? E.g., import 100 accounts from CSV and CPPM guest does 2 actions: import into DB and auto send email. Thanks.

Hi all
I have a customer with CPPM v6.11 in Azure. They are importing guest accounts into CPPM Guest. I have followed the configuration to enable auto_send_smtp to the Guest Manager profile under Multi_Guest_form. I find that if the accounts are created on CPPM Guest and selecting multiple accounts, the auto_send_smtp works.
However, if the accounts were imported, selecting multiple accounts did not send out any email.
