I recently join my VC to aruba central and now I cant find to config my APs ( creating SSID..) in central.Please advice.Thanks.

Just click on the upper right "configuration icon" as shown in the attached screenshot...

Thanks for video bro. After clicking the configuration icon it is showing as follow.

The group you have created is a template group. Make sure you create a new group and don't select make this group as a "Template Group" for IAP and Gateway (Step 5 in below image). Then assign this device to this new group.

Thanks if I put the VC to new created group the config will change ? like AP not working with current config? because it is in production.

Yes AP will get its configuration based on the new group. Existing configuration will be lost and it clearly gives you a warning about that. Better to prepare the group configuration and then move the AP to the new group when you have a downtime window...

Also, make sure you select the right Group or device first from the left  as shown below..then choose configuration..

I did the same way 

Choose Group>> select devices >> click icon

but still not seeing any configuration options.
