Can't see the End node & Link in OpenFlow Topology

    I can't see the node and link in OpenFlow Topology when i add two PC to OpenFlow Switch, and ping PC A to B through a OpenFlow instance(that ping is success).

     

    My Hardware & Software information :

     

    OpenFlow Switch : HP 5130 EI Switch     Firmware : Version 7.1.045, Release 3106

     

    Controller : VAN Controller Version 2.4.6.0627 & Ubuntu 12.04.5

     

    OpenFlow Negotiated Version : 1.3

     

    --------------------------------------------------

     

    In other way,it can display the node and link when i tried use Mininet to deploy the topology.

     

    OpenFlow Negotiated Version : 1.0

     

    MIninet vSwitch version : 1.4.6

     

    I can controller the instance flow but just can't see the topology, I don't know where the configure is wrong.
