    Hi All, on Central under the Guest WLAN Configuration>Security>Splash page type I do not have the option for "Cloud Guest" (see attached screenshot) - does this mean that I dont have the correct license?

    You need to put a service token on each ap to use the guest portal.

    Hi ,

     

    There are 2 types of licenses for Central:

     

    1. Device Management license

    2. Network subscription licenses : These are service tokens & can be used for cloud guest, clarity, presence analytics .

     

    So, please ensure you have the network subscription licenses added & cloud guest service token is assigned to the IAP.
