Hello,

We've got a newish Aruba Central install with AP-515s on 8.7.1.4.  We've stopped getting the Wifi metrics in Central (and presumably the AI Insights that depend on them).  The disappearance seems timed to upgrading from 8.6.0.9 to 8.7.1.4, but I'm not sure if that was the cause.  Interestingly, if I ssh into an AP and run "show clarity config", they're all turned on, but none of the data seems to make it to Central.

What can I do to try and troubleshoot this?

assuming there is no connectivity issues between the IAPs and Central, I suggest to reach out to our support  central and open a case.

It ended up being the time server - it was defined, it was functional, but it didn't identify itself as authoritative, so the APs/switches didn't sync with them.
