Does teh Aruba Central Presence Analytics collect same information as ALE or it just measures the time spent at the venue? ALE can detect device types, application usage...

Moreover, can Central integrate with Meridian to provide push notifications to certain users?

For example, can we send notifications for a certain promotion to a user that was classified by Central as a recurrent visitor?

No Aruba Central Presence Analytics (PA) does not collect the same  info as ALE.

PA measures and reports back on Presence of Passerby, Visitors, dwell time and calculates the Draw rate that is the %rate at which the passerby are becoming visitors. It also gives you loyalty insight which is the number of visitors seen more than one in a 1 month period.

Aruba Central does not have direct integration with Meridian but perhaps one can have some API integration.

Meridian solution provides proximity push notification on its own with BLE beacons and the meridian mobile app.
