    Hi.

Having issues and problems with managing vlans on Aruba 25 and 2930 switches.

Upgrading to recomendend firmware 16.08.0001, the switch seems to ignore vlan commands from central.

Downgrading to 16.05.0007 -switch seems to accept config from Central, but I have no clue to why these recomendations and why I should not use 16.05.0007 - except that there is a consesus amongst collegues that this is the most stable one....

What puzzels me is that central does not state the switches in sync (as with 8.5) - but they really seem to get config. What di I do if a switch is out of sync -and/or does it have a auto sync feature that I can relay on -i.e. leaving it for 1/2 hour and check back?

    Anyone?

    Hi,

Absolutely not an Aruba Central expert here...I'm only just curious to know if you're working with latest Central (6.8.3) or not to understand if known VLAN configuration related issues find their solutions using latest released version...
