There are two "Client track ip" commands , you need it both at global and vlan level
client track ip
!
vlan 11
name staff-vlan
client track ip

Try to enable ip client tracker on your switches.

Subject: Central - Wired Clients missing IP and Hostname
Hi all,
I'm fairly new to Wired services on Central as I've only used it for Wireless before, we've added some 8360 and 10000 series switches but find the client details are only showing MAC Address information
The majority of these are Static IP addressed and from my rough understanding of a document I've found around client-insight, it won't work unless there is a DHCP packet generated?
Is there anyway to get these static clients IP Addresses and Hostnames into Central?
Thanks
