  • 1.  Changed to subscriber seems to have changed login password

    Hi,


    I have two CPPM VMS which I could log into.  I made the second a subscriber and the converstion completed successfully.  However since then it will no longer accept my log in details so I can't log in to the now subscriber.  Any reason why this has happened and how to fix this so I can get access again to my subscriber?

    Are you able to login to publisher GUI, did you try with those credentials?

     

    If you still not able to login with publisher credentilals try reset cluster password in publisher server.

    You were right about this using the publisher details - I did not know this was the case after adding a subscriber.  Thanks for your help and quuick response.
