Doing a wireless packet capture close to or on the AP may give you an indication what these frames are. If you don't know the source, it's hard to tell if/how this can be remediated. If you don't have the experience, probably best to work with your Aruba partner or Aruba Support.

Subject: channel utilization RX times "frames to other"
Hallo all,
I am seeing high RX time with almost only "frames to other". But noisefloor is -94dbm and channel quality "excellent" (interference around or lower 1%).
Same goes for TX on these radios - almost no TX frames but alot of tx retries..
i guess this means there are alot of devices "searching" .
Is there anything you can do against this?
Best
Raffael
