This is an EdgeConnect appliance. Commands you tried [and were pointed to] are for ArubaOS gateways, which is a different device.
The CLI guide for EdgeConnect appliances is here. But I don't think you can clear the DHCP server. You may reach out to support if it is possible at all.

does anyone know if there is a way to manually clear DHCP leases from an appliance acting as DHCP server? Such an option does not seem to be present in Orchestrator -and neither in CLI.
