    Hello,

    On a newly upgraded CPPM cluster (6.9.13 -> 6.10.8) the Hit Counter on the Services list is not increasing (stay at 0)

    Already checked and Insight is correctly enable.

    Does anybody has already seen this symptom and found a solution (before opening a TAC case)

    Open a TAC case - there is an issue in 6.10.8 where Insight authentication source can get broken.  You will see it noted in the 6.11.2 release notes as resolved, but they have not yet released a fix on 6.10 code train.

    Thanks for the feedback, I was looking at the RelNotes of 6.10 versions and did not find anything, now I have checked on 6.11 and found your defects

    I will open a TAC case
