You can verify if there is accounting information in Access Tracker. If there is, you should see a tab labeled Accounting:

If you don't see that, check in your controller, firewalls in between, why accounting information is not reaching ClearPass.

on the AAA profile that is in use under the authentication menu, specify a radius accounting server and if you want to receive more details about usage, you will need to enable AAA interim accounting on the aaa profile

Thank you. I will do that. Do you know where on the controller I enable RADIUS accounting?

in addition on ClearPass (each server in the cluster) you will need to go to the server configuration => Service Parameters => Radius Server in dropdown => change Accounting from false to true (False is the default)

On your NAD (controller, switch, etc.) you need to enable RADIUS accounting - pointing to the server group that contains ClearPass

Do you have accounting configured? And enabled Insight on your ClearPass node?

Any reason I do not see any guest sessions under "Active Sessions" in ClearPass?
