I haven't heard plans to change sending SMTP to Oauth in ClearPass. Many organizations have internal mail relays that you can use for this, and ClearPass was not designed to use public mail services to my knowledge. There are other public SMTP / Mail services that you could use and better work for you than Exchange Online.
You can file a request in the Innovation Zone as well to get this added or let you partner or local SE do this for you in case you don't have access.

Subject: Clearpass and smtp using oath2
Hi!
Since smtp auth is being disabled in office365 in september 2025. Is there a way to do OAuth 2 for clearpass messaging (SMTP) ?
We use it primary for onboard certs expiration, we have a workaround but still I am curious.
If not is there a plan to implement this ?
