    what is an issue?

    Hi Amit Khanolkar Bane,

    Check Event Viewer for any logs, and look for specific errors containing AD/LDAP, afterwards go to your authentication sources under Configuration>Authentication Sources, select your AD, and use the Search Base DN as a tool to verify communication between ClearPass and your Active Directory Server.

    Perhaps you also want to double check the clock/time on ClearPass and AD.

    check the account that is used, if all is good, then you might want to leave and join the domain to see if that resolves it..
