Are there any browser compatibilities or device compatibilities when accessing guest portal  in Clearpass because it's not redirecting automatically in all our guest users mostly mac book users? Thank you! 

Have you enabled CNA bypass or used ACLs to whitelist URLs that android use to test internetn connectivity? If any of these has been configured, this is the expected behavior. User will have to open a browser, type a URL to get redirected to the ClearPass guest portal.

Captive portal browsers should be treated as best effort. They constantly break and then work again across various OS releases.
