If Access Tracker does not show anything for your logon, check to see if your Captive Portal profile has a server group defined that contains your CPPM server (below). Also check to see if the controller setup as a Device (RADIUS Client) in ClearPass. If it is not, you'll see an warning message in the CPPM Event Log (Monitoring --> Event Log).
