Please check the ClearPass Universal Authentication Proxy extension. Good chances that that solves your issue.

Subject: ClearPass Context Server Actions with Cookies
Hello,
I'm trying to integrate a solution that uses Cookies for authentication. After authenticating, you must use those cookies to do any action into the third party solution.
I would like to know if there's any way I would be able to store this cookie returned for authentication somewhere on ClearPass so I could use it on further API calls for this third party provider. I was able to use cUrl to store the cookie. PHP is also able to do that. I would like to know if I could do it on ClearPass instead of relying on scripting a bridge in PHP to access the third party API just because it requires Cookies.
