Hello all,

I'm creating a new device on the Guest side and I want to be able to assign it a custom Account Role.

Does anyone know exactly where the Account Role field pulls it's values from so I can edit the list and add options?

I thought it came from my MPSK role mapping since most of these appear in the list.  But I can't get the last two I added to show up in the drop down list of the Account Role field.

You need to update the Role Mapping "[Guest Roles]". After you've update this role mapping the new roles will appear in Guest.

Thanks for the reply.  Not sure if you saw my post before I edited it and added the role mapping picture.  I've added the last two, and yet they don't show up in the drop down list:

It's not showing Precision Laptop or MTB Laptop in the drop down even though I have it in my role mapping.

You need to update the Role Mapping "[Guest Roles]". After you've update this role mapping the new roles will appear in Guest.

Yes I saw that one. But you need to update another Role Mapping. 

The dropdown box in Guest is only checking the role mapping "[Guest Roles]".
