HAs anyone integrate this yet with this services?

Is this FIAS integration related to OPERA Front desk software?  It seems it belongs to micro fidelios but im not sure  if this would be refereing to the integration between clearpass and the frontdesk program OPERA which is used by most of the hotels here....

If it actually refering with the integration with this OPERA then it would be really good news for us here.  But im not sure... there is NO documentation Anywhere of it... this does not evedn appear on the manual...

Can anyone give me more info regarding this?

Carlos integration with Fidelio it's not an easy process, and you have to take note that they charge for every interface of comunication you deploy.

We have some experience on develop and integration, using third part add-ons, please reach me and I will provide yours more information.

We have the Fidelio integration issue here in Turkey as well. We sold Aruba ClearPass to a hotel.  We received the information from Aruba that this integration is possible, but w/o getting the info "how". The company, who provided the front-office solution to the customer will do the integration to Fidelio. They sent following questions to us;

• Is the integration made via FIAS or another protocol?
• Is there a real-life example of Fidelio/Opera integration?
• What are the protocols and commands used for the Fidelio integration?
• Is there an "Integration Guide" document available?

You wrote to Carlos, that you can provide more information. Can you help us as well.

 We have deployed intregration with various PMS, including Micros Fidelio and SIHOT, but we are using our own software solution that's able to comunicate with any RADIUS (this includes ClearPass). The problem with this kind of integration it's Micros will charge you around 6K € for every interface they show to you, and you have to provide a lot of information and even a agreement for code development.

 So our solution it's based on a middleware using CHAR interface, this allow us to skip this process and even support Micros Specials.

 Short answer (hope a Aruba rep deathourize me) right now there is no "plug and play" solution for ClearPass Micros integration.
