We have a customer who has merged with another business. They already use the Intune integration on ClearPass. Is it possible on the same ClearPass to authorise users on another Intune instance. They will be using the same, existing SSID for both companies devices.

Would we need to install another Intune extension or can the existing extension be configured two query two Intunes?

You can run an additional Intune extension. Just search for Intune in the extension store and click install.

Keep in mind that the second Intune extension will have another IP address. For example, you can have two services to authenticate the device. 1 for Company A and the other one for Company B. Just make sure that match the right service (for example based on the username field)
