    When I was using ClearPass 6.12+MicrosoftEntraID authentication, I tested and found that when the username exceeded 67 characters, the user authentication portal page would prompt that the authentication failed, and the ClearPass log also showed that it was rejected, but the log on EntraID showed that the user authentication was successful.

    Is there any option that can be adjusted to allow usernames longer than 67 characters? Because there are many EntraID Guest users in my environment, some Guest users' usernames are longer than 67 characters, and these users cannot authenticate successfully when using my wireless network。

You'll want to open a case with TAC to determine the issue.
