    Hi,

Anybody experience ClearPass OnGuard not support for MacOS 15 Sequoia ?

Won't be officially supported until the next patch release for ClearPass.  ClearPass OnGuard doesn't support beta OS releases, and support for the released OS is usually added with the next patch of ClearPass.

    Hello Chulcher,

Is there any forecast for updating ClearPass? since the launch of MacOs Sequoia 15 has already been made official.

    Hi, Chulcher

Any update about this case or there is workaround to run onguard agent on macos 15. In my company users are applying the update.

This is why I always tell customers not to use OnGuard/OnBoard/BYOD. Some OS updates turn into support nightmares and you are 100% at the mercy of the vendor waiting for a patch.

What is the use-case for OnGuard? Why aren’t these endpoints managed by an MDM where the organization can control updates? What is the use-case for allowing unknown/unmanaged endpoints onto the trusted network?

    Still being worked on.

Why are you allowing your users to update their devices when not all managed software is compatible?

The hotfix for support of MacOS 15 in OnGuard has been published for ClearPass 6.11.9, should be downloadable through software update or you can grab from the support portal.  The 6.12 version isn't currently showing for me but should be available soon.

I have tested this with macOS 15 and it works! Thanks! The version of OnGuard is 6.11.9.259763

Are these MacOS devices managed by an MDM?  If not, why not?

OnGuard 6.11.9 is not working on macOS 15 or macOS 15.1 beta 5. I opened an Aruba case during the macOS 15 beta time and was told Aruba does not support beta OS. MacOS 15 Sequoia is final, has been released to the public and it still does not work.

Yes.  My first response in this thread covered this.  Being worked on as fast as possible.
