I haven't seen that option. What I understood the feature is designed for, is to allow for example endpoint security policies to be updated in the background, instead of dropping in a restricted role the moment something is out of date. Subject: Clearpass OnGuard Notifications
Hi there. I'm currently about to roll out OnGuard agent to a test group in my building before hitting several thousand users with it. When setting the rules I saw that I can include a grace period for users who breach a rule. We decided to give users a couple of hours grace before the agent kicks them into the quarantine VLANs I've set up. In testing I found that there appears to be no notification at all that you are about to be quarantined. I was hoping for a pop-up warning the user that they had 2 hours before they would be quarantined, much like when rolling out updates. The user would have no clue they were about to get cut off. Is there a way to get a pop-up of some kind for a warning when using grace period? Otherwise it's almost useless..
