Hi,
I wish to deploy an enforcement profile to devices with a specific MAC Vendor, however when the device is intially plugged in (doesn't currently exist in endpoints) I get the alert "Failed to get value for attributes=[MAC Vendor]" even though the MAC vendor is diplayed within the computed attributes, when the device is rebooted the enforcement profile is deployed corrected as the MAC Vendor alert disappears. Any ideas on this.
I do have profiling set up for this, set-up as per below:
- DHCP relay pointing to clearpass on SVI
- Profiling Endpoints selected as the service
- Authentication as [Allow All MAC AUTH]
- Auth Source as Endpoints Repo
- Profiler tab as Any Category - Bounce Switch port
The profiling for this doesn't work either, when i go to endpoints it says the device hasn't been profiled, also the port doesn't bounce even though it is set to on the profiler tab.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
