Do you want that WARNING text in the footer centered? That's probably in the web login page or self registration page, depending on which you use.
Note that the <center> tag has been deprecated, you should use CSS instead. I found a discussion with quite some information here, where the inline style as in the second screenshot for the T&C Web Page is not preferred either, but does work. In the modern web design world, you should separate content (HTML) from formatting (CSS), and putting formatting in the HTML is not good for many people; but it works and is a simple fix.

I'm trying to setup a new guest portal page which is using the inbuilt terms & conditions page to allow users to tick the box and login. I've managed to get this far, however I'm struggling to find out how to center the actual terms writing, can anyone help? I'm guessing its a <center> somewhere but unsure where.
