We're currently using Call detail records v6.0.22 for NBX

Release 6.5.20 to export phone call statistics and store

them in our SQL database for further consumption.

Currently we're using the GUI to do that. It would be

great if we were able to automate the process so that our

DB stays up to date.



Is there a command line interface utility that will be

able to perform same thing as the GUI?

I use the VCX Call Reports app, v. R7.0.24...I'm sure the two are basically the same.  The backend is just an Access database.  You can set up an ODBC connection from your SQL database to the Access database (or just directly use the Access database.  Within the Call Reports preference settings, under Retrieval, you can set up Automatic Retrieval and specify how often you want data retrieved.
