    Hi Guys,

We are trying to set up cloud auth for wireless network using Aruba Central and Microsoft Entra. Based on guides we registered app in Entra, we set up client secret, pasted Redirect URI got from Central. In Central, we added Tenant ID, Client ID and Client Secret Value. We also configured required API permissions in Entra (User.Read.All, Group.Read.All and Directory.Read.All), and clicked "Grant admin consent" in the API Permissions page.
If we try to connect Central to Entra, get this error message: Connection failed! Please check API permissions in the identity provider. Refer to the quick start guide for more information.

If we tried to change any character in Tenant ID, Client ID or client secret, error message chages to: Connection failed! Please check for errors on the specific fields and test again.

So I think, Tenant ID, Client ID and Client Secret is correct, maybe there should be some other problem. In Entra logs we seen that connection is successful.

Any idea what the problem could be?

    Thanks!

what is the type of application type that you have granted permissions? it should be "Application" and not "delegated"
