I upgraded Mobility Conductor and Controllers from 8.6.0.4 to 8.9.0.3 and now the Controllers are no longer communicating with the Conductors. The dashboard of the Conductor is only showing the Controllers but not the Access points or the WLANs details.Post

Any reason to upgrade to an unsupported release 8.9? I would upgrade to 8.10 first, then start troubleshooting.

Bit confused as you mention that controllers are no longer communicating with the conductors, but also that they show in the conductor dashboard...

Execute show switches on the Mobility Conductor. What status and configuration state is displayed on the controllers?
Execute show ap database on the Mobility Conductor. Are APs displayed? If so, with which status?
