  • 1.  Controller upgrade impacting AP275

    Hi All,

Any idea on this issue? We have a number of AP275s deployed for a number of years, all working with no problem.

We upgraded the Mobility Conductor and Controllers to 8.10.0.7 successfully - 1300 APs software upgrade pushed and rebooted successfully. Upon checking the AP275s, these are up and showing in Airwave and the controller but have radios down. We have a large number of AP205s which all operate normally and unimpacted which confirms the hardware should be valid.

No changes except software for the AP275's, still on the same POE switches or Power Injectors. I have rebooted one or two but the same results.

We don't want to roll back the software so any ideas?

    Regards

    Adrian

What flags are the aps showing with show ap database or show ap active ?

When they are showing the r flag you should enable IPM. I would always enable IPM no matter of the flag

Your best option is going to be opening a case with TAC.
