I am trying to apply cumulative patch on 6.3, but after applying its continuously showing restart needed.

However i have restarted the VM saveral times..

plz give me some suggestion.

Is this the least i can do ?

For a proble of this nature it MAY likely require under-the-cover work. My strong reccomendation is that you raise a TAC case.
