Currently using version 6.9.5 of CPPM.
Is the snmp community string also restored through the backup file?
Also, is there a way to see the plain text of the snmp community string?

I think that the SNMP string is restored from a backup; but if you need to be sure Aruba Support may be able to provide an answer.
I'm not aware of a method to retrieve the plaintext of the SNMP community, because it is stored in an encrypted form in the database, probably as MD5 hash.
