I tried opening a ticket but the persons who got it did not understand the issue and wanted to get all sorts of serial numbers from my devices etc. even though it was quite simple issue: the file is not there... 

Probably there's still no VXLAN support for L3 VTEPs, which makes this quite limited virtual version. Any idea when it might be there?

Looks like someone at Aruba messed up the URL when adding it to the ASP portal.  Poor QA at Aruba - pretty par for the course at this point.
