Hi!

We got office were users have issues with wireless connection. Recently after enabling notification in Aruba Central I see "Aggregated Device Disconnections" in the alerts tab and when I'm checking in AP AI it says "reboot reason: internal error: bad pointer".
Why is this happening?

P.S. The switches there are some Extreme Networks vendor.

Hui, that's is most likely a bug. I've encountered a similar message in earlier versios of code(8.6) and upgrade the AP fixed it. But it's better you open a TAC case and let them tell you the following steps.
