Do you want to enable SNMP on the switch, so the switch can be discovered/queried by a network management system?
For that, enable SNMP, which depends on the SNMP version (v2/v3) that you use and the model of switch (there are multiple and commands differ).
Please work with your Aruba partner to get this configured.

What HP switch, or HPE Aruba switch are you refering to? It can be multiple, which have different methods of configuration.
